ROBERT G. LAMB, JR. has maintained a high concentration of his practice in Estate and Trust Administration, probate, estate tax law, and works with clients to develop appropriate estate plans for them and their families, including drafting of simple and complex Last Will and Testament, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Corporations, Power of Attorneys, Health Care Proxy and Living Will and other related documents.
He has also represented both buyers and sellers in real estate closings. His real estate practice specializes in closings of real estate transactions in Western New York and Jefferson County, New York.
ROBERT G. LAMB, JR. served as Public Administrator for the Count of Monroe from 1983-1999; and has extensive experience in representing both individual and corporate fiduciaries and individual beneficiaries in estate and trust administration, claims, will contests and contested accountings. Mr. Lamb helped to administer the estates and proper distribution of settlement proceeds for over 100 deceased recipients of benefits of the Attica Federal Civil Rights Action Settlement.
He has represented corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individual buyers and sellers of real property for over 35 years in commercial, residential and complex bond transactions. In addition, Mr. Lamb has closed residential real estate transactions in the Thousand Islands region of New York State for over 20 years.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court, Northern District and Western District of New York.
